After our wonderful day at the markets, we headed back to the Valley to scout out somewhere to rest our bones and cool us down in the crazy heat! We found Flamingo Cafe. An awesome little laneway cafe off Winn St (behind Ann Street, Fortitude Valley) The best smoothies, the cutest interior/exterior and the most entertaining staff. What a kick!
We had smoothies (forgotten what they were called though) and a sausage roll with spicy pumpkin jam (yum!)
Would definitely recommend you check this place out. Perfect place for a Sunday afternoon pitstop... Or anytime for that matter!
